Great facilities and friendly staff
I had a lovely stay with a warm welcome from the staff and fantastic leisure facilities, including a well-equipped gym and inviting pool area. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety, although the plates could have been warmer. My room was comfortable, but there was a lack of air conditioning, which would improve the stay during hot weather.

The room was spacious, but the mattress was stained and uncomfortable.

missingWrote a review on Jul 21local eatshelpful staffgreat breakfast timingimpersonal check-inroom arrangement chaos
If you’re craving some local grub, get yourself to Hing Hua for a proper dim sum kick! The breakfast spread was decent too, but they might want to up their game with the bacon situation and soggy spuds. On a bright note, I did find the staff super helpful, just like Lindsay who went the extra mile for my hairspray emergency.
The whole iPad check-in situation felt a bit soulless—where’s the personal touch? I had some hiccups with payment and the room arrangements didn’t quite hit the mark for us.

Had an amazing vacation with friends! We loved exploring Hull Marina and had a blast at One Stop Golf. The staff was friendly, and the beds were super comfy. Just a tip – the breakfast is nice but gets busy, so try to go a bit early!
The only downside was the dining experience. it felt a bit disorganized, and the main course was not up to par during our stay.

Self check-in convenience, varied fitness facilities, engaging events schedule
This place feels like it could seriously benefit from soundproofing!!! The location is a bit off the main drag, making it inconvenient for those wanting easy access to Hull's core attractions!!! More work on restaurant vegetarian options would also be appreciated!!!

The Village Hotel Hull had a cozy family room with ample space for the kids to play. The swimming pool was a hit with the family, featuring family changing rooms, ensuring comfort for everyone. The staff went above and beyond, especially Lindsay, who helped me find hairspray for a wedding we attended.
The room was quite warm and lacked proper ventilation.
